Tweakwise is software that decides which products a webshop shows after a search or on a category page, and in what order. Webshop teams use it for site search, category page merchandising, recommendations, guided selling and personalisation. The vendor says AI vector search interprets what a shopper means by a query, that AI generates and applies synonyms for searches that would return nothing, and that AI builds profiles from shopper behaviour. Shop managers can review, edit or overrule what the system generates.
