Vattenfall offer personalisation and customer-value models
by Vattenfall
Vattenfall's Dutch privacy statement (version 30 October 2026) describes in-house data analysis that groups customers with the same preferences or behaviour and predicts which offers suit each customer best. Based on click behaviour, Vattenfall ranks offers in the Mijn Vattenfall environment, and it uses customer-value analysis to set the size of the discount offered to customers and prospects. It also says survey answers may be used for statistical analysis and to train an analysis model, which customers can object to in advance. Customers can object to profiling for these purposes. The statement does not name tools, models or hosting.
