Verticai
by Verticai
Verticai is a Dutch AI reporting assistant for conversations in mental health care, occupational health and the municipal social domain (Wmo, youth care, work and income). Psychologists, psychiatrists, orthopedagogues, occupational physicians and municipal consultants use it in consultations and intake interviews. The vendor says the software records the conversation, transcribes it and then uses large language models plus domain knowledge to generate a structured first version of the report in a chosen template. The professional reviews and edits the draft, optionally with AI editing tools, saves it, and remains responsible for checking its accuracy; client consent is recorded, and without it nothing is recorded. The vendor says data is stored temporarily on secure servers in the EU, audio is not kept and conversations are never used for training. A municipal algorithm-register entry lists Microsoft Azure speech services, OpenAI GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini, Anthropic Claude Sonnet and open-source Llama behind the tool.
