- Supply Chain (20%) — supply chain mapped, subprocessors disclosed.
- Compliance (20%) — regulatory compliance, verification status.
- Policy (25%) — privacy policy, terms of service, security policy.
- Technical (25%) — model documentation, open-source disclosures.
- Ethical & Operational (10%) — ethical guidelines, incident reporting.
To qualify for ranking, an app must clear a 50% transparency floor. We rank by score; ties break on global adoption rate, then on most recent review date. Each vendor appears at most once per category.
